Do you file year end taxes?No, but we work with your accountant to prepare your books for filing at tax time. We prepare year end financial statements and work with your accountant who files the taxes.

Is QuickBooks the only software you use?It is our most popular software, but others like Xero are also used by our clients.

What type of industry do you service?Like you, we don’t fit into a box. Having a niche is great, but currently we have a mixed clientele in the real estate and property management sectors, aesthetician and beauty industry, land care specialists, cabinetry and more!

Do you charge by the hour?Our Bookkeeping services are done as a monthly package, so you also know what you’re going to be paying. Projects that require out of scope work will be billed hourly.

Why is the cleanup service relatively expensive?Clean-ups involve addressing time-consuming, messy, and disorganized financial records. They can be challenging and frustrating due to the volume of work required. Our pricing reflects the comprehensive effort involved in reviewing and reconciling the books. We encourage regular monthly maintenance to prevent this, emphasizing the importance of keeping financial records up-to-date.
